[feat_text title=”Documents and activities import in Cuba.” icon=”heart” href=”” type=”1″]Бюрокрацията в Куба все още е е огромна. Преди 4 година се откри свободната зона Мариел, но Указ 56 е още далече.[/feat_text]

After you have defined the activity of your company in Cuba you neeed to make a request for A-7 visa /a business visa/ in your local Cuban embassy.

Once the company owner obtains a business visa they have to get acquainted with the state companies, which are authorized to work within the same commercial sector on Cuban territory. Contact me here for the full list of companies.

Once a state company is picked the candidate-owner of a Cuban company has to prepare a written official request accompanied by samples and catalogs of the goods/stock to be imported into Cuba.

Офертата отрябва да бъде бъде съпроводена със следните документи:

  1. A filled application from the embassy forA-7 visa.

  2. Prices of the goods.

  3. A document stating that the importer company has been founded and is active for more than 5 years

  4. A bank certificate that guarantees the financial stability of the importer-company issued no later than three months ago

  5. A certificate from the Trade Ministry /of the owner country/

  6. A letter of attorney stating the company owner

  7. CV of the company owner

All of the documents need to be legalized by your local Cuban embassy, then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cuba, and finally by a Cuban notary.

All commercial activities in Cuba are realized by the importer company or its representative.

The importer company needs to have at least three years of legal commercial activity on the territory of Cuba with an annual capital of more than 500 000 USD in order to have the right to open its own physical branch in Cuba.

To conclude, it is impossible to establish your own company in Cuba without an intermediary in the respective sector.
